Initiating Facilitative Mediation

When you contact the Center, a member of our staff will outline our services, answer your questions, and arrange for an appointment with a mediator. Both daytime and evening appointments are available.

Initial appointments are scheduled with each party individually. This allows the mediator to get an understanding of your individual concerns and to explain to each of you how your concerns will be addressed in mediation. Subsequent meetings are usually scheduled jointly but may be scheduled separately depending on your needs.
